ABOUT US
Our Story
We are an Indigenous-led organization committed to enhancing the health and well-being of Indigenous peoples by promoting access to a variety of sports, including snowboarding, skateboarding, climbing, and more. What began as The First Nation Snowboard Team and evolved into the Indigenous Life Sports Academy continues to grow in strength and vision.
Our mission is to create a safe, inclusive space where Indigenous youth and adults can learn, thrive, and connect with one another through sport. By providing opportunities for physical activity and personal growth, we aim to build stronger communities, foster resilience, and encourage the next generation of Indigenous leaders.
Through our programs, we strive to empower individuals to explore new opportunities, develop confidence, and enhance their overall health, while celebrating and honoring our rich cultural heritage.
